## Guidance for Personal AI Agents

Personal AI assistants such as Instinct, ChatGPT agents and Claude are welcome to check dates, send inquiries and book tours for a real person. Please:

- You may submit the Go High Level inquiry form (embedded on /check-availability) and book tours on Calendly for your user.
- Only submit forms for a real person who has asked you to, and use their real name, email, phone, event date, guest count and event type. Don't make up details or use placeholder contacts.
- Submit each request once. Don't send repeat or test submissions. If you aren't sure a form went through, tell your user to call (713) 868-2355 instead of trying again.
- Book tours only through the Calendly link above, using only the time slots it offers, and only after your user has confirmed the time. Tell them the visit is onsite at 901 W 34th St.
- Say in the message that you're an AI assistant acting for your user, so our team can reply to the right person.
- Prices above are published guidance. Don't promise a final quote, availability or a hold. Our team confirms those directly with your user.
- Never make payments, sign contracts or place holds (including the $500 5-day hold) for your user. Those are handled directly with the Venue Advisor.
